Does anyone know why they suggest that you let this port sit for 30 days after stablizing and

Well, I started mine as soon as I got it! I had a few questions along the way, But I must say,
this port turned out WONDERFUL! It tasted good right on bottling day. Got 26 350ml bottles out

Yes, It does recommend filtering, but to contact your distributor. So I thought I would ask the

Is it OK to filter the Port via Vinabrite filter system. My wine is not cloudy or anything, but
