I made this last April and its still bulk aging. I was not going to add more oak because I like
the typical style of light oaking of Pinots. Sampling time is coming soon.

I didn't make any wine today, but did start a new beer. A clone of fat tire. The wort is
cooling on the back porch right now, its 8 degrees, so it should cool rather quick!
