thank you! yes i have some strawberry/rhubarb going now and its clearing very nicely. hoping to bottle in sept. next i want to make some wild blueberry. black currant/chocolate sounds interesting.
hi everyone just joined today. Enjoy making wine for years. Mostly make fruit wines but have also dabbled with fresh wine grapes which are available here in Mo usually late aug-sept.
