I started the island mist blueberry pinot noir about a week ago. Anyway I wanted to add suger to raise the alcahol level but i forgot to add the suger . Is there anything I can do to raise it before I rack it to the carboy. Thanks for any advice.
I have found the easiest way is to put the airlock in the lid before you put it on the primary fermentor than fill it with water. I pushed mine in my first batch also.
