Hi I'm making some cherry wine. It's on its forth day of fermenting . After its primary fermenting do I rack it every 30 days? Or how often should I rack it?
Thanks for the information everybody . A couple more questions. Yesterday I crushed my cherries and today I added the yeast and measured the alcohol reading and it measured 13.5 %. I wanted to add sugar. So after I add sugar should I add water to it until it reads 12 %? Oh I am going to measure...
