RJ Spagnols Specific Gravity already 0.994
I am in day 14 of a 28 day kit (RJ Spagnols Tempranillo Cabernet) and the specific gravity is already down to 0.994. Should I do the last step now or should I wait closer to the 28 days. The specific gravity was 1.11 when I started the kit and 1.01 when I started the secondary fermentation...- gmorandin

RJ Spagnols Does water matter
Hi, I just joined this forum and recently purchased a kit for the first time. Does it make a difference if you use tap water or is it better to use distilled water? Thx- gmorandin
