    WineXpert Chocolate Rasberry Port

    Frangelico is a hazelnut liquor. A buddy added some to a sherry, and it turned out excellent. I think it would be great with a chocolate port, but not sure about a raspberry chocolate port. I cant see messing with this kit at all, I would say this is the best testing kit dessert wine out there!

    WineXpert Australian Shiraz / Viognier

    You are so lucky! I pre-ordered this from Midwest Supplies, so I won't get it until sometime in January. I'm really looking forward to trying this wine. I've never made a red/white blend before. I usualy ferment in the basement and its too cold I think. About 55 deg now.
