I thought you waited until it went dry before adding k-meta, won't that slow, stop or hurt the

Surprising how many new "friends" you have when you start making wine, and it does not have to

Your main problem here is that you think the wine went through mlf- hope it has not. You don't
add sorbate to red wines in general and never when it has gone through mlf. The bacteria can
