Which kit is that? I can honestly say I have never had a coconut wine. Enjoying a bottle of the

That would be great for batches up to about 5 US gallons. Where did you find it? Can you get a

They say in the thread below that 9.4 ounces of Everclear raises 12% up to 13% in a 6-gallon
