To tell you the truth I have been using 2 tbsp per gallon for years and have never had an issue

I agree not to bottle cloudy wine. I would get some superclear and use it. They will clear
(generally) quickly. Just for future reference I always use bentonite and pectic enzime in the

See now I have bascially always used Red Star and have never had an issue. I have made kits
that have had Lalvin and have had no issue either but if I am getting it for a wine I am making

Nope! I think you can use one stick and keep it in the primary and even through the secondary
and not have an issue. I usually do a 6 gallon batch and use 5-6 sticks and am very happy with

Impiryo, I would not bottle a wine that is not aged enough in twist top bottles. That is
