    Gum Arabic / Arabinol

Gum Arabic / Arabinol made wine cloudy Has anyone added this to a wine and have it go cloudy? I had a 3x filtered, perfectly clear Niagara wine that I added 0.3 ml/L Arabinol (gum arabic) to right before I was going to bottle it. Now it is hazy again. My understanding was this was supposed...

    Bottle filler

Thanks for that info. I have an Italian corker. I have no doubt that will be my bottleneck to start out. After I get some revenue coming in I'll probably be looking into those you mentioned. Thanks!

    Bottle filler

Thanks for the feedback! I ended up going with the GW Kent one because, as you said their products tend to be very good quality, plus it had tri-clover fittings to fill & I think the Marchisio ones were 1/2" so I'd need more fittings to adapt the equipment I have already. Plus for a couple...

    Beginning a Winery

    Bottle filler

I need to buy a 4-6 spout bottle filler soon. Looking for advice on what to buy/not to buy. I'll be bottling 600-1500 bottle batches at a time. Thanks for any input!

    Post your labels here

The Tipsy Glass labels Here are a couple examples of the labels I'm using for my wines. Local print shop helped me refine my logo. I do the lay out for the labels in www.gravit.io and export jpgs & print on these labels for less than 3 cent cost each, plus toner.

    Other Reserve Du Chateau ?

Mine was good fresh. Aged terribly - thin & harsh just as the above posted said. I ended up dumping half. Have one bottle left on the shelf, I'm not sure why.
