MY Sg has not moved in the last three days. Still at 1.095 ish. I added a half gallon of warm
water and put a small plug in heaterin there with it. My actuall must tepm was 70 tonight.

Yep, I saw the wiki article, I noticed it says it goes well with lamb, which I cook quite a bit

Get a heat beltIf you see foam its fermenting, there won't necessarily be bubbles.Keep checking
the SG each day.If anything the 1/2 less water may make it taste better, you have to back
