    Saw this mini van at Lowe's this morning and got a chuckle. Only funnier one I've seen on a

    Chaptalization and the yeast?I'll go with EC-1118 and will adjust the SG at the start to be
    around 1.090.

    Like @sour_grapes mentioned, I like BM4X4 (and improved version of BM45). Pretty much every
    time I'm making a big, Italian red, I use it.
