Very first wine ready to bottle

This wine was the second blueberry wine I started and the first to be ready to bottle. I used the E.C. Krause recipe, and even though I shorted the blueberries by 1/2 lbs. it still turned out great. It's an off dry at 1.01 SG and taste good as it is. I just added the K Meta and the K sorbet and am just waiting till next week to bottle, good news is the wife even said it's OK. That's my green light to future wine experiments. The first batch is still a work in progress, but should be ready by next X-Mas God willing.

I've only had two batches bottled so far (a Dragonblood and an apple wine). I've got several others going that will hopefully be ready by next Christmas as well. This seems to be an addicting hobby!
