We bought this and were going to use it for something other than wine but we ended up going in a different direction.
All the parts are included. There's also a fancy printed manual.
Get this just in time for crush!

I bought one used and now have over 12,000 pounds of must through it. For home wine making, it takes a lot of manual work out of the process. It provides a gentle press, so you will not get the extraction you might get on a typical screw press. Overall, I can recommend this unit as working as described in the web site and a nice tool for the home winemaker, but they are not cheap.
