Winexpert 2016 LE Fortitude

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what commercial wine you might top this off with? It is combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot. Not sure I know of any commercial wines with that combination, perhaps an Orin Swift product?

Since I have plenty of cab and merlot, I'm using one of those. Or Shotfire Quartage (since that's what it's fashioned after) if I can get my hands in some.
