Hindsight is always 20/20..lol Next time crush well, maybe use a couple of spoons to crush..?? I use a mortar & pestle when using tablets, then add with a little water or wine to dissolve, then mix well and let blend into your wine. You should be fine.
As Dave said, they have to be well crushed. You might consider buying your KMS in powdered form, it's quite convenient.

Take tablets and crush well, then stir into a small volume of water. 1/4 cup.
Then pour into the carboy while mixing all together. You should be fine with what you have, it will dissolve.
