I'm thinking of trying this one. Can anyone share their thoughts or opinions on this kit? Like what the level of the coconut is like?

Hmm,,, this must not be as good/popular as I thought it was..

@joeswine has a thread called Other Tweeking Cheap Kits, on page 36, post #359 starts the info needed to do this tweek. I made this kit following his process, we chilled this and were so amazed at the outcome. Everyone loves it that drinks it. Joe is more than welcome to put it here on this thread if he so chooses.
 
Thanks I'll check it out before I get started. We moved in March and I've been living in a construction zone since. Now that thinks are settling down some, I'm itching to make some wine. All I need to do is find a little bit of space for my brew bucket!!
