Hi,
Just getting going on my first wine kit, an RJS Cru International Malbec.
Little confused here looking at step 4 of the kit instructions.
Step 3 says: "empty contents of Juice concentrate bag into he mixture in the primary fermenter" (ok, got that, add the juice. Simple nuff).
Step 4 says: "rinse the bag with warm water and add it to the primary fermenter".
This is where I am confused. What do they mean by this? Is this just to rinse out any remaining droplets of juice left on the bag?
Or is it something else?
