I have some Chenin Blanc concentrate left over from back sweetening and was wondering if it would be okay to freeze the remainder of the concentrate. I know they freeze and ship grape juice, just wondering if it would work for the concentrate.

I use a cab sauv imported concentrate every year and make about 35 gallons of wine. I put it in 1 gallon plastic jugs and freeze them until I am ready for the next batches the following week. Been doing it for several years.

where would you get frozen concentrate wine? i'm new and trying to get some concentrate or juice. thanks
