So my strawberry rhubarb wine has been in progress for over a year now. I added Camden tablets and potassium sorbate as instructed when I sweetened it over 6 mo ago. I'm about to bottle it, do I add any more Camden or PS before bottling??? Help please!!! Thanks!!!

I would add neither. thinking you will consume it in a reasonable time. If you are going to store the wine for some time, I would add some campden, per the directions.
