So my wine has been in progress for over a year now. I added Camden tablets and potassium sorbate as instructed when I sweetened it over 6 mo ago. I'm about to bottle it, do I add any more Camden or PS before bottling??? Help please!!! Thanks!!!
 
You might give it another shot of camden. Let it sit for another day or two afterwards, then bottle. Sorbate should still be doing its job. Arne.
 
Make sure it's potassium meta campden not, the sodium meta I deal with the powdered form but I'm sure it's one crushed tab per gallon mixed in with a small amount of water first til dissolved

Most instructions point to 1/4tsp Potassium (K)- Metabisulfite for 6gal of wine
