So my wine has been in progress for over a year now. I added Camden tablets and potassium sorbate as instructed when I sweetened it over 6 mo ago. I'm about to bottle it, do I add any more Camden or PS before bottling??? Help please!!!

No more sorbate needed. However, most here would recommend some more k-meta (or Campden tablets). Probably 1/4 tsp for 5 or 6 gallons.
Thanks!! How many tablets is 1/4 tsp?? I tried looking this up and it is very confusing
According to the source of all knowledge, each tablet is equivalent to 0.1 tsp. So I'd use 3 tablets.
