So I completely understand frozen red must. However does anyone have experience if whether frozen white must (juice) is considerably better then a white wine kit? Do those of you that do frozen must also do frozen whites or since there is no need for the skins are white kits easier/similar quality?

Thanks

normally a wine kit is acid and sugar balanced. frozen juice will require the winemaker to perform the appropriate sugar and acid additions.

Frozen must is fresh picked and pressed grape juice, typically far better than wine kits which are made from concentrates. The colser you are to mother nature, the better. You will, as the above post suggests, have to take care of all winemakin gsteps, including correct balancing of acids, etc, but if your goal is the best wine, then mother nature rules!
