I used 1/3rd the amount of fruit I used to make the wine and put it in a small pot with just a dash of water and slowly simmered it until all good and mushy and then strained the juice from it. Wouldnt hurt to also use a little pectic enzyme with this.
 
OK same as I do with other fruits. I always put Pectic enzyme. Thanks Wade
 
As strawberries are very expensive over here for the quantity needed to make wine, I use strawberry Jam.

Jam is cheap and about 60% is sugar.
So when you calculate things right you do not need to add any sugar......

I do add a lot of pectic enzyme.

It always comes our well.
