I have my wine clearing right now and I want to move it to another carboy to help get rid of some of the sediment. Other than just transferring it, is there anything else that needs to be done?
Either fill up the wine to the top, or if you don't have enough, scale down to a smaller container so that your wine fills it up to the top, thus displacing as much air as possible and minimizing oxygen exposure.
