Anyone have a grapefruit wine recipe that theyve tried?

I made one of the grapefruit recipes off the Jack Keller website last year. It turned out rather good, but didn't get much better with age. At the beginning you could almost think it was a sauvignon blanc, but with time it got a bit bitter. I don't recall which one I used, I seem to recall they were mostly the same.
