Oak alternative and bulk aging
I made a rose 5 gallon batch out of concord the flavor is a little thin which I expected. So it's been bulk ageing since say October and I decided to add medium toast oak chips to give it a little something more in the flavor area. Approximately 2 cups been in for 2 weeks is there any reason to remove oak ? Planning on ageing for another month or two.
