I have interest in starting a kit wine... Any suggestions on a light, sweet red?

Giuseppe: Wine Kitz makes some red wines in their Country Mist brand. I'd probably go for the Blackberry Merlot or the Black Currant Merlot. But the Cranberry Shiraz or Black Cherry Pinot Noir would work if you like those fruits.

Are Wine Kitz products now available in Connecticut???

If you were looking for a light sweet red that isn't of the Mist/Cooler style, make something like a Bergamais (equivalent to a Beaujolais) and sweeten it after the K-meta and sorbate have been added. I'm not aware of any kits that are designed this way.
