Making my first batch of Blackberry NOT from a kit (30lbs wild blackberries, 6 gallons wine) . I plan on using a FPac. But my question is. My wife made some blackberry jam/jelly that did not turn out. It came out very runny and did not thicken up. Can I use this jam/jelly to make a FPac? Remember it has Pectin (Sure Jell) in it. It taste good just syrupy runny (good over ice cream).
 
Ya, add pectic enzymes to it and let it set a day before adding to wine. Or use it over icecream till its gone. O-YA
