Need Help with yeast. I made 6 gallons of muscadine wine from grapes. After crushing all the grapes I had 2 six gallon plastic containers full of grapes and juice. Because I had 2 six gallon containers full I put a package of yeast into each container. After only 11 days the SG is 994. The starting SG was 1.100. Have I messed up badly. If so what do I do.

.994 means the wine is dry . you need to press the grapes and get the wine into a glass carboy. it will be releasing it's co2 and the wine will become exposed to o2. Get it transferred!!

I am sorry for not giving more information. After 7 days I did transfer to a glass carboy.

Sounds like you just had a fast fermentation Harrell. Ler er set a couple more days and when you confirm with SG readings that fermentation has ended then go ahead and start your stabilizing an degassing stage.
