black specks/vanilla bean

I made a Vintners Reserve wine Shiraz, I added to the kit some Raisins, and vanilla beans. Today I tested the clarity of the wine, and of course the taste test. I love the flavor, but seemed to find black specks. I'm sure it is the vanilla I added, no wonder it was so flavorfull with vanilla. I'm going to let it sit and bulk age longer, but am afraid the black specks won't settle. Does this mean there is some more money in store for George with a filtering system?
 
I have used vanilla beans and with more time they will settle out.
