Hi all - I know this one is a bit of a retread but I am looking for a good winemaking book more geared towards fruit wine. I already have the Alaskan Bootlegger's Bible and now I am looking for something with a little more depth on wine itself. The Bible has the basics and recipes...but everything is au natural so it doesn't talk about some of the other details like adding tannin or ph balancing.

I looked at quite a few other threads but it seemed like quite a few of the books were aimed at grape wine making.

thanks!

I picked up the book "strong waters". A simple guide to beer, wine, mead making, infusions etc. Its a very good read for begginers.
