AWESOME! would love to talk and drink some wine with you guys. i dont know alot just am getting started. i am cold soaking my elderberry wine batch right now. first batch of wine ever. lol hope it goes well.

I've read that "cold-soaking" is a process done to the grapes before fermentation. I think you are actually "cold-crashing" your wine.

i gave up on the cold soak. i couldnt get the temp to drop to desired level even with bucket in ice, yeast is in.
