I just came back from the wine symposium in Sacramento and heard about this type of air cleaner. I was discussing airborne yeast/bacteria/viruses with a Lab consultant and he recommended in looking into this air purifier to remove unwanted airborne yeast etc.

Has anyone ever heard of this to help reduce the yeast/bacteria spoilage organisms in the air in your winery? At $900, I'd like to hear from others in the industry before I shell that out.
