I'd like to think that sulfite and alcohol would fix that right up.

I have used the Townsend berries for Dragon Blood before, but found the end resulting wine to be inferior to the DB made from Wyman's Triple Berry Blend. I don't know what Wyman's does different, bu the DB comes out darker, witha richer fruit flavor.

Haven't used the Townsend for a long time...thank goodness!
