well to take this a step further,we had a person in our wine club who was quite proficient at making kits as well as fruit wine ,but not as good at juice or grape making wine,and the fellow won many a ribbon nationally with kits and especially blended kits of his own design ,they were all good wines and well rounded,so by taking the best of each he would create a very good and solid wine,that's how pro wineries do it so can we,its all a matter of taste,trial and error......
