Does it make sense to bottle 3/6 gal and bulk age the other 3?

Due to high demand I need to bottle part of my 6 gal carboy ASAP.

Does it make sense to bottle 3 our of the 6 gal and bulk age the other 3 in a 3 gal carboy?

Or should I just bottle the whole thing?
 
Either way works, but if you can really hold off on bottling the other 3 gallons it would be nice to see the difference in taste after aging. If it was me, I would probably bottle the whole thing and set half of it a side to age for six months to a year.
