Reading some of Jack Keller's recipe's he has referenced "no more than 7 p.p.t." Not sure if this a reference to tartaric acid or something else. Anyone know what p.p.t. refers to?

It is in reference to concentration.

PPM = miligrams per liter (mg/L) OR parts per million
PPB = micrograms per liter (mcg/L) OR parts per billion
PPT = nanograms per liter (ng/L) OR parts per trillion
