I am about to start a 6 gallon batch of SP. I have made a gallon batch previously. With the gallon batch I went to my local green grocer and bought 12 oz of pure organic lemon juice (with lemon pulp). I used the 12 oz and 2 oz of real lemon for. A 1 gallon batch.
The taste was great, however at $5.99 a 12 oz bottle it will be pricey to use 48 oz. I got 1 32 oz bottle and 1 15 oz bottle at my local shop $ save for a total $6, ( I will steal an additional 2 oz from my wife bottle of real lemon which she uses for cooking)
I know many on here make SP using real lemon juice and rave about the flavor. But has anyone made separate batches using real lemon juice concentrate and one with fresh organic lemon juice ( non concentrate)
Is there a difference in flavor?
Any pro or con?
Or should I report back my findings?
