I just bottled some cider that has been bulk aged about 1 year.Planning to age it 3 or more in bottles.I have never waxed but think this is something I should be doing. Is there a rule of thumb for when you need to?My cellar is kinda damp and around 62 degrees. Also is it as simple as it would seem?
