Hi all, hope you don't mind members from across the pond.

I'm in the process of a WE Aust.Cab.Shiraz, I have just completed step 4 (racking and clarification) which says to add an extra 1/4 tsp of potassium metabisulphite if you plan to age for more than six months, which i did.

Should i still add an extra 1/4 tsp of potassium metabisulphite when i filter the wine at the bottling stage ?
 
Only if you have bulk aged for 4 or more months from the last time you have added k-meta. Welcome and we dont mind members from anywhere!!!!!!!!!!
