Just xferred to secondaries. Vino Italiano Rosso Magnifico.

All of the VI kit reviews on Amazon speak of thinness.

This time I reconstituted the kit to 4-1/2g and added 2-1/2 gallons pectinazed Knudsen's Just Black Cherry juice.

Fermented with RC212 using Goferm/Fermaid K and a handful of am toasted oak.

All I can say is "Wow!" and it's still fermenting a bit.
 
Nice!

I just bottled a VI cab that I made to 5.25 gallons and added raisins, blueberry and banana to. Gave it some Hungarian oak for a while too. They are fun to play with.
