Just a new idea for those who don't have a positive opinion with the dirty cheap Paklab Vino series, the 24 dollar for 30 bottle kit. They can be good cooking wine

I grow up in a family that uses a lot of cooking wines daily. We normally use yellow rice wine, a Sake cousin. It costs about two dollars for 600ml in Canada. Since I am westernized somehow, I also sometimes use grape wines to make those expensive dishes, red for meat and white for seafood.

I acquired some Paklab from my local Costco when there is promotion last week. I will make them for two purpose, one to save me from drinking the CC showcase and two, for cooking wines. My cooking wine will be like 75 cents for 750 ML.

Just want to contribute some to the forum. I got so may questions asked here and every time I am responded with loads of detailed helps.

Thanks again.
