From where can I order premium vine cuttings / seeds (in EU)

I'm looking to experiment with growing grapes, but I don't know where to start with finding high grade cuttings/seeds in the EU. I'm looking for the type of grapes they would use in premier cru vineyards.

I would inquire at the nearest winery. they might even give you some cuttings after there spring pruning. grapes from seed will not be true to the parent grapes plus grapes harvest will be 7 years form initial planting.

Thank you for the idea. I'm in Bulgaria and was hoping to try getting some French grapes to grow here.
