Hi guys, I'm Matt. I've been coming here for tips and advice periodically for the last couple years and decided to join up. Seems like a great way to find and share recipes and stories.
Currently bottle conditioning an extract kit Nutbrown ale, and just pitched the yeast in a mixed fruit Minute Maid frozen concentrate wine last night.
I'm sure I'll be hearing from you plenty from here on out.
