a few tsp short on acid blend, am I ok to pitch the yeast?

I am starting my second batch of Blueberry Bliss. It is a 3 gallon batch and the recipe calls for 1.5 tsp per gallon, or 4.5 tsp total, but I ran out at 2 tsp. It has been 24 hours. Is it ok to pitch my yeast today? The LHBS will not have acid blend in until Wed. Can I just add it later?
 
Yes, check your acid after it is done fermenting and if you are planning on backsweetening I would wait until after you backsweeten and adjust acid then
