That would require a very long answer. You should be able to use standard wine making steps/practices to make this wine. Of course each varietal has some special characteristics, which sometimes dictate a special procedure here and there.

The yeast you utilize can make a difference.

I think Winemaking Magazine may have an article about making this wine. If not, use google to look up "fermenting tempranillo", or "making tempranillo wine". You should get some hits.
