Hello from Western Colorado

Hello all, this is my first time on this site.

I like the post/threads I read, and was very impressed, so I joined.

I am really new to wine making. In fact, I just started my second 5 gal batch this pasted weekend, using chokecherries from around the house, and honey from my own honey bees. I sure hope it turns out ok!

My very first batch (5 gal of mead), I started in November.

Anyway, I'm very glad I found this site, and I'm looking forward to reading and learning from it.

Welcome to WMT! Seems to be a few around this forum who keep their own bees. Nice source of fermentables! Hope your first batches turn out great!

good luck I hope the long termers have told you this is more additive then most anything you've ever tried before, I started with 2- 5gal plastic water bottles, aint been here long yet already got 7 glass carboys and 6 5 gal plastic carboys 4 1-gallon thumb hole glass jugs and 4, glass
1/2 gallon thumb hole jugs, I've found out I've became obsessive trying to get better and better, they is many high caliber brains on here, what blows my mind if I ask a question they never seem to leave anything out, welp welcome,
