First is to thank Brian for all the help in getting me on the right path.
I shall plunge into the beer making side of things now, a new arena to explore and oh so much to learn.
That means a lot of questions I think, prolly, most likely!
It will be interesting though as picky as I am in my beer flavor......
Once my order arrives, Ill take that day of reading and assuring myself I know what I am doing (HAHAHAHA) and will proceed in my first beer brew. Ale it be, going easy first!
I know I tend to like Lager's so will have to advance to that level I guess...... someday.
Till then

Tim

What beer kit did you get? Dont be afraid if you like a beer out there to ask Brian to make a recipe kit for you!!! It doesnt cost much more if any and usually produces an even better beer!

Wade, I started making beer.......today. lol. Have I screwed this up?
Forgot to steep the barley at step 1. Added the lme and dme and was on the way to the rolling boil.
Backed temp back to 160 to steep the barley. Is this OK?
